Weighing and sorting your hogs has just become easier thanks to a new technology now available from Big Dutchman.  OptiSCAN is a mobile hog scale that lets you easily determine a hog’s weight on the spot. The digital scanner takes a top view of the animal and software then determines and displays its weight on the connected computer tablet using thermal imaging and a state of the algorithm. Tested on more than 100,000 swine for accuracy.
